In order to change there must be a foreseeable resolution. In most occasions interventions require a team approach, direct communication, and a solution that remedies the problem.
I know very few people that enjoy being part of the problem. Most people, generally want to be a part of positive change. Unfortunately, the process is difficult because of resistance to change. The acceptance of change is met with varying degrees of responsibility that is integrated with levels of accountability.
It is better to have a few faithful soldiers than an army of people that divides the faithful. Growth can only be attained by people that have intentions to change. Remain optimistic and continue to be part of the change that God is influencing.
