Spring Into Action

In due season your seed will breathkthrough and produce beauty and purpose.

Have you ever felt frustrated about your life. Sometimes, that feeling of frustration is really a sign for you to change. I know for myself I would experience headaches and I knew in my mind that I was not in a place in my life that was not benefiting my soul. The experience of heighten anxiety took away my ability to think clearly. I knew I needed to get away, but I felt stuck.

It took me sometime to realize that my frustration and anxiety were signs for me to change my course. I needed my freedom an escape plan to get away from this job. So I remember saying to myself I was going to stop complaining and start planning. Napoleon Hill stated in his book , Think and Grow Rich “create a definite plan for carrying out your desires and begin at once whether you are ready or not, to put the plan into action.” So everytime I became more frustrated I would remind myself this place is just a stepping stone and I used my free time to plan for my future. Dietrich Bonhoeffer once said, “action springs not from thought, but from a readiness for responsibility.” I have used this quote to catapult myself to readiness and took the responsibility.

Breakthroughs don’t happen just because you want it to happen. Breakthroughs are the results of positive action steps. The decision of change often times are met with obstacles. The challenge of obstacles are not there to defeat you or a sign that you should stop, but it is a confirmation that you are on the right path and you have to learn to be resilient and confident about the decisions you made.

Spring Into Action and develop a plan, accept responsibility that you can make the action steps that can lead or produce the breakthrough for your future. Be resilient in facing obstacles and be confident about the decision you made. Visualize your success then take action. Trust the process and know that your questioning will change because of the action steps.
